These Terms govern your use of Malva, including the website, digital-twin tools, virtual try-on features, browser extension, and subscription services. By creating an account, accepting these Terms, or using a feature that requires consent, you agree to them.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required where you live, to use Malva. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, keeping your password confidential, and activity under your account. Do not create an account for another person without permission.
You may upload only images and content that you own or are authorized to use. You grant Fashion Labs a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, process, resize, and use submitted content only as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Malva services. You may request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
Do not upload or submit sexual or intimate imagery, nudity, images of minors, illegal or abusive content, graphic violence, hateful content, harassment, impersonation, malware, content that infringes another person’s rights, or content you do not have permission to use. Do not use Malva to identify, monitor, exploit, defame, or deceive a person, or to generate unlawful or harmful content. We may refuse processing, remove content, suspend accounts, or report suspected abuse where appropriate.
Digital twins and generated try-on images are visualizations, not guarantees. AI output may be inaccurate or unexpected and does not guarantee fit, sizing, color, availability, safety, identity, or purchase suitability. Do not rely on an output for medical, legal, employment, identity, or safety decisions. You remain responsible for reviewing content before sharing or using it.
Paid extension plans renew monthly at the price shown at checkout unless canceled. Allowances and unlimited access are subject to the selected plan and our access checks. Charges are processed by Stripe. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing process; cancellation does not necessarily refund the current billing period. Failed, incomplete, disputed, or canceled payments do not unlock paid access.
Malva may link to third-party retailers. We do not control their websites, inventory, prices, shipping, returns, privacy practices, or terms. Purchases are made with the retailer, and its policies apply. Any referral relationship does not change the price you pay unless expressly stated.
Fashion Labs and its licensors retain rights in Malva, its branding, software, and service materials. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including AI providers and retailer support, and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may stop using Malva at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security reasons, nonpayment, or legal requirements. On termination, your license ends; provisions that should reasonably continue, including payment obligations, restrictions, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, remain effective.
Malva is provided on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fashion Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for retailer transactions, inaccurate AI output, or unauthorized content submitted by users.
